I’m Hellen (aka Trauma Unit), a 26 year old girl mutant, body art performer, porn geek and roller derby fanatic. And this is my blog.

This all started a few years ago when a chance meeting backstage at a Torture Garden party led to me collaborating with the amazing Polish multimedia artists Suka Off. After performing with this group in the UK & Europe, they encouraged me to start creating my own work and Trauma Unit was born.

Since forming Trauma Unit in 2006 I’ve performed, bled, pierced, modelled and suspended in all sorts of venues, in all sorts of places. This blog will be a place that I can share and record my ongoing adventures in the New Flesh.
